I miss an extruder when I have to make at handle. I don’t have at large production, so I think an extruder is too expensive. To day, I make my own extruder, and it work very well.

I use a disposable syringe 60ml
I cut the tip off and use my dremel to make a bigger hole in the middle, then I pressed the dremel to either sideuntil the hole was the desired width.
I filled the syringe with clay and pressed it down against the table. the first cm handle required a little effort, but once the clay was in its way out, it was easy.
